Return & Exchange Policy

We want every client to feel confident when shopping with Opatra Clinic. Please read our return and exchange terms below.

Returns

  • No returns on discounted products.
  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics, creams, and personal care devices cannot be returned if opened or tampered with.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned item, provided it meets our criteria.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund may be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened personal care products, including cosmetics, creams, and devices, cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
  • Services such as facials and massages are non-refundable once rendered.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange inspection, and if verified, a replacement or refund will be provided.

South African Consumer Protection Act

Our policy is in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act. Consumers have a 5-day cooling-off period for goods purchased as a result of direct marketing, provided goods are returned in their original condition.
